Recently, I had the joy of transforming a sewing table at Cotswold Marketplace in the heart of Cotswold in Charlotte, NC. The owner had a lovely piece of furniture that had been quietly waiting for attention in the basement. With a touch of creativity and thoughtful design, she now stands proudly on display, proof that design can revive the spirit of what once was. The transformation came to life through my Fan (small) Backplates in Gold Leaf Verdigris. A hand-painted signature STANDOUT Creative Design finish on LUCiTE, that bridges classic artistry and modern design. The delicate patina of the gold leaf and soft green undertones bring sophistication and soul — giving the table a completely fresh, bespoke look. She’s no longer tucked away.
