Every product is hand painted to order.
Due to the custom nature of the hand painted products created by STANDOUT Creative Design, it is normal for color and finish to vary from item to item. Variations in pattern and look are considered part of the charm and desirability of our bespoke products.
Custom products cannot be returned for a refund, store credit, or replacement, unless broken or defective.
To receive store credit or replacement for a broken or damaged product, please email summer directly immediately standoutcd@gmail.com We will do our very best to get a replacement in a timely manner.
